Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสมุทรสาคร 2)เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ของบุคลากร และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานด้านการสนับสนุนจากเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ด้านการได้รับความร่วมมือจากผู้ร่วมงานและด้านการได้รับการฝึกอบรมการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารฝ่ายวิชาการหรือครูหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ และครูที่เป็นกรรมการและเลขานุการคณะกรรมการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษารวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 276 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการและแบบมาตรวัดประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสมุทรสาคร โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก การดำเนินการตามแผนพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอยู่ในอันดับสูงสุด ส่วนการตรวจสอบและทบทวนคุณภาพการศึกษาอยู่ในอันดับต่ำสุด การดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาจำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ของบุคลากร และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานด้านการได้รับการสนับสนุนจากเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ที่แตกต่างกันมีการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาแตกต่างกันไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ด้านการได้รับความร่วมมือจากผู้ร่วมงาน และการได้รับการฝึกอบรมการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา มีการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 " the purposes of this research were to study the management of the internal quality assurance of the basic education institutions in Samut Sakhon Basic Educational Area,and to compare the quality assurnce management of the institution regarding to the
Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study the management of the internal quality assurance of the basic education institutions in Samut Sakhon Basic Education Area, and to compare the quality assurance management of the institutions regarding to the different school size, personnel position, and work environment regarding to the support from the Basic Education Area, the participation of the colleagues, and the experience in education quality assurance training. The subjects consisted of 276 administrators, acting administrators, academic assistant administrators, and the teachers who were the committees and secretaries of the internal quality committees in the basic education institutions in Samut Sakhon Basic Education Area.The instrument was a constructed questionnaire with check-listing and rating-scale items. The statistics used for analyzing the acquired data were percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and content analysis. The results showed that the internal quality assurance management of the basic education institutions in Samut Sakhon Basic Education Area as a whole was at the high level-the range started from the management according to the quality plan though the checking and reviewing the education quality. Moreover, the results also showed that the management of the internal quality assurance management of the basic education institutions with different school size, personnel’s position, and the work environment regarding to the support from the Basic Education Area, was not significantly different. However, the management of the internal quality assurance of the basic education institutions with different work environment regarding to the participation of the colleagues, and the experience in education quality assurance training was significantly different at the 0.5 level.
